	Do you make them yourself? How do I attach them? Do you provide the screws? Do you make custom colors to match my...whatever? Do you make pigs, ducks, armadillos, etc.? My button broke when I was installing it, or my doorbell keeps ringing, what do I do? Do you make them yourself? Yes, Ray and I make them ourselves. And because we make them ourselves, we can make custom pieces to fit the space you have for your doorbell. Do you need something large to cover an old non-working intercom? Did the repairman make the hole for your doorbell too large or ruin the stucco around your button? We can make one just about anysize you like. How do I attach them? We include the instructions here with each doorbell. TO INSTALL: Doorbells normally use 12 volts of electricity so there is no need to turn off electricity. Remove old doorbell. Make sure there is enough room for the back of the button and wires to fit back into the hole. If not, use a file or utility knife to enlarge hole. Align decorative plate with wire hole and mark screw holes. Predrill holes for screws in wood or siding or for anchors (use a 3/16" masonry bit to a depth of 7/8") for stucco or brick walls Attach wire leads to screw terminals on button. Attach plate to wall. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN SCREWS. Do you provide the screws? Yes, Brass screws and achors for stucco or brick. Do you make custom colors to match my...whatever? We can make several different background colors for the rock looking pieces and  the glaze accents can be of your choosing. Of course, the suns and the pottery pieces can come in many different glaze colors, just ask for whar you want and we'll see how close we can come. Do you make pigs, ducks, armadillos, etc.? Maybe. We do add new designs all year. If there is something you are interested in that you don't see, send us an e mail. We might be interested, too. My button broke when I was installing it, or my doorbell keeps ringing what do I do? The button is a lighted button and is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 year. Mail it back and we'll replace it for you. Sometimes if you have a doorbell that plays several melodies, you will need an unlighted doorbell that doesn't have electricity running through it all the time like the lighted one. We can send you an unlighted button to replace it.
